Personal training should be as it sounds, personal. There is no one size fits all when it comes to training. You are unique and you should be trained as an individual.
I offer in person sessions as well as FaceTime/zoom sessions if you would rather do a work out via video.

Stick Mobility
Stick mobility is a training system that helps improve your flexibility, strength and coordination.
This system combines joint mobilizations, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.
The exercises utilized a custom designed stick as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.
Exercises are based on the principles of leverage, stability, feedback, irradiation, isometrics, and coordination
Muscle Activation Techniques
Imagine a massage. The idea of it is to find muscles that are “tight” and then releasing them. With Muscle Activation Techniques the thought process is a little different. After a thorough range of motion assessment, I look to see what you cannot do. If you can’t straighten your leg because “you have tight hamstrings” I would look at every muscle you have that has the job of straightening the leg. MAT goes after the muscles that are not working effectively instead of the muscles that are “tight”. Muscle tightness is a secondary symptom of muscle weakness.
After completing the questionnaires assigned to you, I will review them and contact you to schedule a Comprehensive Postural Assessment. Following the assessment a customized exercise program based on your results will be created. This program will include corrective stretches, resistance, strength and cardio training, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets. This information along with Video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you here!
A personalized exercise program will work to address any pain you might be experiencing and focus on underlying causes of dysfunction. This program will help enable you to restore optimal health and vitality.
